Preparation

Cook and prepare the lobster about half an hour ahead of time.

Start cooking your pasta; keeping an eye on it while you prepare the lobster sauce.

Cook bacon in a small frying pan over medium heat.

Remove bacon, drain off the fat, keeping about one tablespoon.

Add garlic and pepper to the frying pan.

Fry on medium heat for about two to three minutes.

Add green onions and cook for an additional minute.

Chop up bacon and add it to the pan with the broth.

Add remaining ingredients: Cajun Spice, Old Bay, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper, oregano, and pepper.

Allow the mixture to heat up and then turn heat down to medium low.

Add lobster and allow about three to five minutes for it to heat up completely.

Finally, add cream and you're done!

Serve the lobster sauce over fresh cooked pasta with a few pinches of parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of chopped green onions over the top.
