Jamaican Pepper Shrimp

Jamaican-Pepper-Shrimp

Ingredients

- 1 tsp. allspice berries (crushed)
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper or habanero (seeded and minced)
- 1 lb. shrimp

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, season the shrimp with the salt, black pepper, allspice.

Heat coconut oil in a frying pan on medium-high.

Add the shrimp and stir well.

Add the garlic, scotch bonnet pepper and lemon juice.

Stir/saute for about 3-5 minutes to thoroughly coat the shrimp and until the shrimp is pink.

Eat alone or with rice or pasta.
